HOW VIPS WORKS
VIPS only participates in contract-based agreements. We are signing a contract to be responsible for the unconditional love(s) of your life, and I take that responsibility very seriously.
There are 4 steps to this process.
STEP 1

We schedule an In-Person Interview/Meet and greet.
I will come to your home to meet you and your pet(s). We will discuss your pets’s needs, along with your wants, and expectations as well as scheduling. After our introductions, we will determine if the stars have aligned and if this is a good fit for both parties. If not, then it simply was not meant to be and I will be on my way. If we decide to work together, we will move on to Step 2.
STEP 2
PAPERWORK

The signing of the Service Contract. Including but not limited to, Client information, Home care Information, Pet Care Information, Individual Pet Profile(s), and Terms and Conditions.

Medication Administration if applicable

NDA signing if applicable

We will go through the services and create a customized service plan for your pet(s).
STEP 3
TECHNOLOGY

If you do not have a keyless entry I will issue you a Client Lock Box. I do not hold client keys for Dog Walking. On days that you are expecting a service, you can easily leave a key and when you return home you can take your key out, thus never having a "key" to your home in circulation.

GPS (location sharing) and payments.
STEP 4
FAMILIARIZATION

Our final step is to accomplish some hands-on training for me. This can include a 10-minute walk with your dog(s). You are encouraged to join us if that is possible. If not, we can connect via mobile phone if any questions pop up.

Lastly, a brief tour of your home or any grounds that I would need to be privy to or learn about.
