I have known Kelli Holloway for over 10 years. She and I met in the Hospitality Industry, where I
spent much of that time learning as a professional, and growing as a person under her
guidance. However, as I reflect on that time I’ve found that almost none of what Kelli taught me
applied directly to the Hospitality Industry alone. Rather, what I’ve taken away from the 10+
years I’ve had the privilege of knowing Kelli is the belief that I am VALUED. Above anything I
can say about my friend/mentor Kelli Holloway, it’s this simple Truth: I know that she believes in

MN. That these precious members of our family should be a part of those moments beyond the
